A Terrible Day!
Last Friday, Susan went for a walk. When she walked on the sidewalk, she saw a mean dog nearby. She noticed the dog stared at her. All of a sudden the dog started to bark at her. She was so frightened and tried to escape, but the dog began chasing her. When she ran faster, the dog ran after her faster, too. She got a bad fall while running. Then she stood up and ran again.
Unfortunately, the dog caught Susan and bit her dress. Susan was so scared that she yelled for someone’s help loudly. Luckily, two kind boys appeared and helped her chase the dog away. Susan ended up being safe. To express her gratitude for the boys’ help, she gave them a nice gift. She will always remember what the boys have done for her. “What a terrible day!”, Susan said. She will never go for a walk alone anymore.
